Shipping Policy for Australia & New Zealand

Domestic Shipping

  • Free Ground Shipping: All domestic orders enjoy free ground shipping. We partner with Australian Post, Sendle, Couriers Please, Star Track, and TNT to deliver your orders efficiently.
  • Shipping Deadlines:
    • Ground Shipping: Orders placed by 12 pm will be dispatched the next business day. Orders after 12 pm will be shipped the following day.
    • Express Shipping: For overnight express and 2-day shipping, place your orders by 2 pm for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.
  • Returns: Refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for details on returning an item. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

International Shipping

  • Carrier: We offer international shipping via DHL Express, known for its reliable service and competitive rates.
  • Rates & Duties: Please contact us to discuss shipping rates. Note that all local taxes, duties, and any other customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note, we do not cover these costs due to logistical reasons.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Notification: Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you via email. This notification will include tracking details and a link to follow your package’s journey.

Shipping to PO Boxes & APO/FPO

  • PO Box Delivery: We do ship to PO Box addresses using Australian Post.
