Returns and Refunds
At Refurbly, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy applies to purchases delivered within Australia.
30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind. We provide free return shipping for eligible Australian returns.
To start a return, email admin@refurbly.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, where required, a prepaid return label.
Return Condition
Please return the item with all accessories, components and documentation supplied with it, in the same condition as received. Items must be handled with reasonable care while in your possession.
If an item is returned damaged, misused, or with missing components, any refund may be reduced only to reflect the resulting reduction in value. We do not charge a change-of-mind restocking fee.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Described Items
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@refurbly.com.au. We will provide an appropriate remedy under Australian Consumer Law, including a repair, replacement or refund where applicable. Return shipping is free for eligible faulty or incorrect items.
12-Month Warranty
Refurbly provides a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects unless a different warranty period is stated on the product page. If a covered fault occurs, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy and our warranty are in addition to, and do not limit, your rights under those guarantees.
